Engineering Expertise

We act as court-appointed legal experts, technical assistants to the parties, or extrajudicial experts hired directly by clients, lawyers, companies, or condominiums.

Legal Expertise: acting as an appointed expert in civil lawsuits, preparing technical expert reports, responding to questions, and participating in hearings, as required by the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).
Extrajudicial Expertise: preparation of technical reports for conflict prevention or resolution, supporting negotiations, insurance, guarantees, technical and administrative assessments.
Damage and Pathology Assessment: identification of causes and responsibilities for cracks, crevices, leaks, subsidence, collapses, construction defects and anomalies, and technical non-conformities.

All documents prepared strictly follow the criteria of ABNT standards (such as NBR 13752) and are accompanied by the appropriate ART (Technical Responsibility Note) issued by CREA-SP.
